Progress in telescopic astronomy would have come to a grinding halt in the second half of the twentieth century if it weren't for the digital revolution. Powerful computers have enabled a wealth of...

Awesome, looking forward to it
It helped them keep track of time and seasons, and it was used by some cultures for navigation.
It is definitely possible to improve through just playing a 9 hole course. I am in the same situation, used to shoot in the low 70's from the back tees, I had a kid now, I don't have time much to play. I finally got a chance to play a few times per week and my scores dropped from high 70s low 80s back down to low to mid 70s. Any time you can swing your clubs I feel makes you better.
If all you can do is play, try playing a couple of balls if you have time and aren't holding anyone up. Especially around the greens. 5-10 strokes can be shaved right there.
“August 25, 2009–Galileo Galilei peers at the cosmos through a telescope circa 1620, as seen in a modern drawing. (History buffs take note: The carved ebony-and-ivory mounting, now a famous part of Galileo’s telescope, was actually made in 1677.)
Just over 400 years ago, Galileo–then chair of mathematics at Italy’s University of Padua–got word that Dutch glass makers had invented a device that allowed viewers to see very distant objects as if they were nearby.
The mathematician soon acquired a Dutch instrument, and on August 25, 1609, he presented an improved, more powerful telescope of his own design to the senate of the city-state of Venice. The government officials were so impressed with Galileo’s telescope that they rewarded the professor with a higher salary and tenure for life at his university.
At the time, Galileo was touting the telescope for commercial and military applications, such as watching ships at sea. But in the fall of 1609 Galileo turned his telescope to the heavens, setting into motion a new kind of science: telescopic astronomy.

The short answer is: Don't do it. You'll be disappointed.
First off, a standard, two-piece spinning rod doesn't take up any space at all. Stow it in the corner of a closet, or even in a dresser drawer, and you won't even know it's there until you need it. Even a one-piece casting rod takes up no space–your reels are what take up space, and that problem remains no matter what rod you get.
Short of that, you're better off with an oufit sold as a "pack" or "travel" rod. These break down into from 3 to 5 sections, and often come in a hard case that protects. The difference between them and the telescopes is that a pack rod is designed to came as close to matching that makers regular rods as possible.
The list of problems with the telescoping rods is long. To begin with, most of them are cheaply made; and cheap is as cheap does. They tend to be brittle, and break easily; sections jam in the open position (and there goes your storability); they break easily; their actions leave much to be desired; they break easily; they tend to be either too stiff or too limber. And, did I mention that they break easily?

I love it!!!
Print this out in double spaced lines and take a pencil and cross out whatever you wouldn't use in a description that you would write on your own, and try to explain it in your own words. Some of the information you don't need to include. Just cover the main points, and use words more typical to your vocabulary. It's okay to have to look up a few words you end up using, but your instincts are correct, you don't want to say things like "championing" and instead say Galileo supported the work of Copernicus, which was a controversial view at that time.

you can use pretty much any web cam for astronomy, but if you think you are going to hook it up to a telescope and then just view a tv screen you are going to be disappointed, as the picture will be very poor. very dark, no detail. However, they are very useful for taking closeup pics of the moon, or of Jupiter, Mars, and Saturn. In this case, you need a high magnification (using a 3x barlow might do it) a decent size telescope (say, 4" or better), and some way of attaching the web cam to the scope. You can find articles on the web to do this, basically, you glue a 1 1/4" tube onto the webcam, after removing the lens of the webcam. Then you need to attach it to a computer, focus it on the planet, take an AVI movie for say, 10 seconds, and then use freeware like Registax, which will average the 10 seconds x 5 frames/sec = 50 frames into 1 high quality image.
Now, to get a "free" webcam, I would place an add on the web, such as on Craigs List, and just ask. I suspect there are many people who have them and never use them anymore.
Different Dyson models have different handles I'm sure that if it is identical it would fit. I have a DC15 and the handle is completely different from others. I can't even swap the tools. If you need a new wand I'm sure you could call Dyson and order one. I got a new one only because mine was shocking me and they had a replacement handle for it. I would guess you would have to try it out before making a permanent swap.
I wish I had been there for this show.
Good cover!
Get as much ice time as possible. The more the better. If you can get more than 5 hours a week then you will definitely see a quick improvement.
Do cardiovascular exercises as this will improve your fitness and stamina.
Balance exercises are key as well as i'm sure you know that balance is important maybe try ballet.
Ask your trainer as he or she knows you well and knows your ability. Advice on sites like this are not very reliable as they are not especially for you.
Good Luck and Hope this helps
this is so fukn awesome
It’s November, BITCH.
